The Hydraulic Press is designed for precision in metal forming, specifically for stainless steel water tanks and other applications. Available in a three-beam four-column structure for practicality or a frame design for higher anti-eccentric load capacity, the press features an integrated hydraulic system that ensures efficient operation with minimal leakage, ensuring long-term reliability.

The press uses a combination of main, lower top, and side cylinders to perform actions such as stretching, edge pressing, material removal, and demoulding. The movable crossbeam operates with two-stage speed control: a fast drop speed of 100-250mm/s for efficiency and a slow speed of 5-15mm/s for precise mold support, ensuring both speed and accuracy.

Tonnage selection is customizable to meet specific production needs. For smaller tanks, the 200-250 ton models with working table dimensions ranging from 660×660mm to 930×900mm are ideal for single-slot or small double-slot production. Larger models, above 400 tons, are recommended for multi-slot or thick plate tanks. These machines offer a top force of 63-100 tons, with larger workbenches (1400×1400mm) and a stroke over 800mm for deep drawing applications.

The press features independent blanking force adjustment (50%-70% of the main cylinder pressure) to prevent wrinkling or cracking. The "stretching-trimming-punching" processing reduces positioning errors and enhances accuracy. The PLC touch screen control system ensures easy operation, while built-in safety features such as light curtain monitoring, cylinder interlocking, and stroke limits maintain a secure work environment.

For increased productivity, hydraulic pads and a quick mold change system are available. Regular maintenance includes annual replacement of hydraulic oil, daily lubrication of the columns, and semi-annual calibration of pressure gauges.

For smaller, single-slot tanks, we recommend the 200-250 ton four-column hydraulic press. For larger, multi-slot or thick plate tanks, a frame machine with over 400 tons of tonnage is ideal. Custom solutions are available, with workbenches up to 2500×1800mm and strokes up to 900mm to suit various production requirements.
