Description

The ingot stacking unit adopts program control throughout. The equipment in the unit is both independent and interconnected. The design of the unit is novel and functional. The ingot stacking manipulator can cross-stack according to 0°, 90°, -90°, and 0° cycles.

The aluminum ingot can also be rotated at 0 degrees and 90 degrees under the condition that the uniformity of the aluminum ingot is consistent, which basically ensures the smooth alignment of the four corners of the entire package.

Range of Work

The aluminum alloy ingot palletizer is used for fully automatic control stacking of products weighing less than 200 kg per group. The ingot stacking equipment can meet the requirements of continuous production 24 hours a day and meet the automatic stacking of cast aluminum alloy ingots.



Structure

The equipment mainly includes a front conveyor, ingot stacking machine, rear conveyor, alloy ingot turning system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and control system.

Working Principle

After the aluminum alloy ingots enter the front conveyor and turning mechanism of the stacking equipment from the ingot casting machine, they are transported to the stacking manipulator by the front conveyor, and the finished ingots are automatically stacked by the ingot stacker according to the set procedure. 

Then there is a conveyor to transport it to the position of jacking up the oil cylinder at the rear, and then it is transported to the storage area by forklift in the factory.
