Operating Principle

The working principle of the aluminum alloy quenching furnace is to heat the processed workpiece to the quenching temperature in a vacuum state, and then when it needs to be cooled. 

First, fill nitrogen into the furnace, then start the fan, and then when the fan is running normally. Then fill the furnace with air, so that it can be cooled by a heat exchanger, and the workpiece to be processed can be quenched by blowing air through the air duct.
